Mobile Developer

About the role

Quest Global is seeking a Mobile Developer to design and deliver high‑performance cross‑platform applications using Ionic and Angular. You will work on field‑use solutions that operate seamlessly online and offline, integrating native features on Android, iOS and Electron.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive mobile UIs with Ionic 6 and Angular 19, employing lazy‑loaded routing, reactive forms and Angular Material components.
• Implement state management using NgRx (store, effects, router‑store) and ensure robust data flow with RxJS.
• Integrate native functionality through Capacitor, author custom plugins in Java, Swift or TypeScript, and bridge Cordova plugins when required.
• Design offline‑first architectures, manage encrypted local storage with SQLCipher, and build synchronization pipelines for reliable field operations.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, write unit tests with Karma/Jasmine, enforce code quality with ESLint, Prettier, lint‑staged and Husky, and prepare multi‑platform release builds (APK/AAB, IPA, Electron).
• Monitor app performance and stability using Firebase Crashlytics and Performance tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience building cross‑platform mobile applications with Ionic and Angular.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and RxJS, with a solid understanding of observable patterns.
• Hands‑on experience creating Capacitor plugins and integrating native code for Android and iOS.
• Demonstrated ability to implement offline‑first data strategies and encrypted storage.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and release management.
