Mobile Developer – Finance Super App (Remote, India)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Developer to help build and scale a modern financial super‑app used by millions. The role is remote‑first and based in India, focusing on delivering seamless Android and/or iOS experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ship mobile features for a large‑scale fintech super‑app on Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift).
• Design simple, intuitive user flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and related services.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to translate complex requirements into smooth mobile journeys.
• Integrate REST APIs, handle edge cases, errors, loading states and production issues.
• Improve app performance, stability, crash rates and overall user experience.
• Support rapid product launches, experiments and continuous iteration.
• Maintain high engineering standards, clean architecture and reliable code practices.
• Monitor production feedback, analytics and user behavior to drive improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of mobile development experience on Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift) or both.
• Proven track record of shipping production mobile applications used by real users.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability and product‑driven development.
• Experience working with REST APIs and resolving production issues.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, crash logs and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and effective communication across cross‑functional teams.
