Mobile Application Support Specialist

About the role

Foodhub is seeking a proactive Mobile Application Support Specialist to join its Apps Team. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining high‑quality mobile applications for our restaurant and venue clients, ensuring seamless publishing on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize mobile apps according to client specifications, including branding, features, and naming conventions.
• Upgrade existing applications to support the latest operating systems and devices.
• Submit apps to Google Play and Apple App Store, diagnose rejections, implement fixes, and resubmit.
• Manage franchise and reseller app portfolios, providing technical assistance and ensuring consistency.
• Maintain detailed documentation of app configurations, updates, and issue resolutions.
• Produce regular status reports for management on development, submission, and upgrade activities.
• Advise clients on app visibility, performance data, and optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and proactive with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in mobile app development and publishing for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with app store compliance guidelines and the submission process.
• Ability to work with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
