Mobile Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Flutter and/or React Native to build and scale our B2C mobile applications. Candidates with recent experience in FinTech, Digital Lending, Banking, NBFC, Payments, Insurance, or Financial Services will be strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Android and iOS applications using Flutter and/or React Native.
• Build clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable mobile application architecture.
• Integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, financial APIs, payment gateways, and third‑party SDKs.
• Implement secure authentication, token management, encrypted storage, SSL pinning and other mobile security practices.
• Monitor performance and stability with Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics, resolving crashes and production issues.
• Manage releases through Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect, including versioning and deployments.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, follow Git‑based development practices, and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in mobile development, preferably within FinTech or related financial services.
• Proven ability to deliver customer‑facing B2C applications with high reliability, security, and user experience.

Required skills

• Flutter and React Native development.
• Dart and JavaScript/TypeScript programming.
• State‑management frameworks such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, MobX, GetX.
• REST APIs and GraphQL integration.
• Firebase services: Crashlytics, Analytics, FCM, Remote Config.
• Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect deployment.
• Git version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mobile security best practices and performance optimization.
