Mobile Application Developer

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of Android applications. This senior technical role involves full‑stack development using C#, Xamarin/Maui, and React Native within an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deliver high‑quality Android mobile applications.
• Lead a cross‑functional team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, messaging buses, and SOA patterns for data integration.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and document feature requirements.
• Maintain source control using GIT and ensure code quality through reviews.
• Provide production support, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Work across multiple operating systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux) and scripting environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in a technical lead role.
• 4+ years of mobile application development on Android.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in an agile (Scrum) environment.
