Mobile Application Developer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Mobile Application Developer to help build next‑generation digital financial products used by millions. You will design and deliver high‑performance mobile experiences for Android, iOS, or both, working on innovative features such as payments, accounts, travel, rewards, and AI‑driven services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high‑quality mobile features across Android, iOS, or cross‑platform environments.
• Build seamless user experiences covering onboarding, payments, transfers, accounts, cards, rewards, travel services, foreign exchange, and AI‑assisted features.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI teams to translate business requirements into customer‑facing solutions.
• Own the full development lifecycle from ideation and implementation to release management and post‑launch improvements.
• Monitor application performance through analytics, crash reports, and user behavior insights to continuously enhance quality.
• Ensure high standards of performance, reliability, scalability, and usability.
• Contribute to improving development practices, mobile architecture, and user‑experience standards across the platform.
• Troubleshoot production issues and proactively address edge cases, performance bottlenecks, and reliability concerns.

Required profile

• Strong experience in mobile application development for Android, iOS, or both platforms.
• Proven track record of shipping production‑grade mobile applications used by real customers.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, debugging, release management and production support.
• Product mindset with excellent attention to user experience, usability, and edge cases.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated portfolio of shipped products (app store links, GitHub repositories, case studies).
• Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
