Mobile Application Developer - Flutter

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the maintenance and evolution of an enterprise‑grade mobile application. The role is based in Noida and requires on‑site collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and code quality of the Flutter application.
• Implement features using MVVM/MVC/Clean Architecture patterns and integrate with Firebase services and external APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and rendering efficiency.
• Design and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests, maintaining over 70% test coverage for new code.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, releases, and deployments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 4 years in Flutter development.
• Proven ability to lead architecture and mentor developers.
• Experience working on enterprise applications with 50+ screens is a plus.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Noida, Monday‑Friday, 10 am‑7 pm.
