Migration Manager – SAP S/4HANA Data Migration

About the role

We are looking for a Migration Manager to lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities for global projects. The role will coordinate preparation, execution and go‑live phases, working closely with business teams in Europe and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate data migration from project preparation through go‑live and stabilization.
• Define migration concepts, object dependencies and cut‑over plans.
• Provide technical guidance to the migration team and design migration objects.
• Collaborate with IT experts, functional consultants and process owners to gather and validate requirements.
• Work with the Central Migration Manager on planning, execution and governance.
• Track migration progress, prepare status reports and update project management.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all technical data migration activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP data migration.
• At least two SAP S/4HANA rollout projects as Migration Manager.
• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles with strong stakeholder management.

• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes and data dependencies.
