Mid Market Account Executive

About the role

Elastic is looking for a dynamic Mid‑Market Account Executive to drive net‑new revenue and expansion within the Mid‑Market segment in Delhi. The role blends high‑level technical curiosity with value‑based selling to help customers solve complex data problems using Elastic’s Search, Observability and Security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Elastic’s AI‑powered search, observability and security solutions in new and existing Mid‑Market accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers transform data into actionable insights.
• Position Elastic as the preferred Search AI platform by discussing cloud economics, usage‑based pricing and modern data architectures.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, using frameworks such as MEDDPICC to qualify high‑confidence deals.
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate deals.

Required profile

• Proven track record of over‑achieving SaaS subscription sales in Mid‑Market accounts.
• Strong ability to craft value‑based stories linking technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent executive negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable discussing technical topics including security, observability, vector/traditional search and cloud cost optimization.
