Mid-Level Product QA Tester (Manual)

About the role

Sezzle is looking for a motivated Product QA Tester who combines strong analytical thinking with a genuine passion for user experience. This mid‑level position works across mobile, web, and API layers, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute manual test plans for new features, regression cycles, and edge‑case scenarios on iOS, Android, web, and APIs.
• Identify gaps in requirements and designs early, preventing issues before engineering begins.
• Maintain up‑to‑date test‑coverage documentation and clearly triage bugs for rapid resolution.
• Participate in sprint planning and design reviews, raising quality concerns with concrete mitigation suggestions.
• Monitor post‑release behavior, surface regressions, and advocate for proactive quality improvements.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in manual product testing.
• High IQ and high EQ, with a strong focus on end‑user experience.
• Ability to think critically about edge cases and act proactively.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, AI‑forward environment.
