Medical Science Liaison (Senior) – India

About the role

Beeline Medicines is seeking field‑based scientific professionals to join its Medical Affairs team as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Senior Medical Science Liaison (Senior MSL) within the Immunology & Inflammation therapeutic area in India. The role focuses on building scientific awareness of Beeline’s pipeline, supporting investigator‑initiated research, and facilitating peer‑to‑peer scientific exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and refinement of medical strategy through field insights and engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key medical experts (KMEs) and investigators.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with organizational priorities and data milestones.
• Identify, map and manage a defined territory of KME and HCP relationships in the I&I area.
• Support investigator‑initiated research projects and provide scientific data to external stakeholders.
• Facilitate meaningful peer‑to‑peer scientific exchange and disseminate up‑to‑date clinical information.
• For Senior MSLs, lead senior KOL relationships and contribute directly to Medical Affairs strategy and team development.

Required profile

• Scientific background with experience in medical affairs, clinical research or related field.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based role with regular travel across assigned territory.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with HCPs and KMEs.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate field insights into actionable medical strategy.
