About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal‑oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. You will promote and sell innovative medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision‑makers, and purchasing departments across Mumbai and surrounding areas.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations of cutting‑edge medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Provide comprehensive product training and support to ensure proper usage and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to shape effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product development.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.
• Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and expand the customer base.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all sales practices.
• Analyze market data and customer needs to identify growth areas and optimise sales approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, industry trends, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques.
• Experience with CRM software and leveraging technology in sales processes.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and a valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with the local healthcare system and regulations in Mumbai.
