Medical Officer – Corporate Health Services

About the role

The Medical Officer will lead comprehensive health services for employees and their families across a designated zone or state. This role combines clinical care, emergency response, and wellness program management to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide preventive, promotive, curative, and emergency medical services to employees and family members, both in‑person and virtually.
• Manage the on‑site medical centre independently, including budgeting and reporting.
• Implement emergency and disaster management protocols, conduct internal audits, and prepare regular reports.
• Liaise with hospitals, ambulance services, and EMS providers; support corporate medical team in building external partnerships.
• Develop and roll out wellness initiatives, monthly health programs, and occupational health services such as ergonomics and indoor air quality assessments.
• Conduct pre‑employment health screenings and other medical check‑ups.
• Plan and deliver first‑aid and other health‑related trainings for staff.
• Participate in state leadership meetings and address health concerns of senior business leaders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably 10 years in corporate or offshore medical settings.
• Medical degree (MBBS) with additional postgraduate or diploma qualifications (e.g., AFIH).
• Proven experience in liaison and coordination across multiple office locations.
• Background in emergency medical training and occupational health services.
