Medical Lab Technician – Clinical Laboratory Role

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Lab Technician to join our clinical laboratory team. In this position you will perform a wide range of diagnostic tests on patient samples, ensuring accurate and timely results that support effective medical care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests on blood, urine, tissue and other specimens.
• Analyze and interpret test results, guaranteeing reliability for clinical use.
• Maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to uphold test accuracy.
• Follow safety, hygiene and infection‑control protocols at all times.
• Document findings and generate clear reports for healthcare providers.
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities to meet regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Relevant academic qualification such as BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E or BVSC.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Commitment to patient care and adherence to laboratory best practices.
