Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to lead oncology and haematology medical affairs across emerging markets. The role focuses on launching new products, translating clinical and real‑world evidence into value narratives, and supporting market access.

Key responsibilities

• Drive launch excellence for oncology and haematology brands in emerging markets.
• Translate clinical and real‑world evidence into clear scientific value propositions for commercial teams.
• Design and deliver high‑impact scientific engagements such as international speaker programs, webinars, advisory boards and KOL visits.
• Guide country teams in real‑world evidence generation and pharmacoeconomic/HEOR planning to support market access.
• Ensure compliant creation and approval of scientific and promotional materials in line with internal processes and regulations.
