Medical Affairs Manager – Clinical Training & Enablement

About the role

QR678 is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to lead clinical training and enablement for its patented hair restoration products. The role bridges scientific knowledge with real‑world adoption, focusing on dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and clinic owners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scientific training sessions for dermatologists and clinic teams, explaining QR678 protocols (NEO, ZEO, PREO).
• Ensure correct patient selection and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Simplify and present complex clinical data, building narratives around mechanism, outcomes, and product differentiation.
• Support CMEs, workshops, and conferences with clear scientific communication.
• Engage directly with clinics, address real‑time clinical queries, and improve doctor adoption and treatment outcomes.

Required profile

• MBBS degree (mandatory) with 1–5 years of clinical or relevant experience.
• Strong interest in dermatology, trichology, or aesthetic medicine.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain scientific concepts simply.
• Comfortable interacting with senior doctors and clinic owners.
• High ownership mindset and willingness to work in the field.
