Medical Advisor

About the role

The Medical Advisor will act as the scientific bridge between Galderma’s dermatology portfolio and healthcare professionals. Reporting to the Medical Affairs Head and Manager, the role focuses on both prescription and consumer business lines, ensuring up‑to‑date scientific communication and supporting product success in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage medical plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Partner with the country commercial team to create and implement medico‑marketing plans that sustain product leadership.
• Provide proactive input and reactive support to R&D strategies and new product launch projects based on country needs.
• Design training materials and deliver disease‑ and product‑specific training to sales and commercial partners.
• Serve as a speaker on disease areas and the scientific aspects of Galderma’s portfolio.
• Review and approve promotional and non‑promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of scientific and medical data used across the organization.

Required profile

• Medical or scientific background with expertise in dermatology.
• Experience in developing and delivering medical training.
• Proven ability to collaborate with commercial teams on medico‑marketing initiatives.
• Experience reviewing promotional and non‑promotional content for scientific compliance.
• Capability to support R&D strategy and new product launch activities.
