Media Intelligence Associate – Part‑Time Weekend

About the role

Clipbook is seeking a detail‑oriented, client‑focused Media Intelligence Associate to support weekend media monitoring and reporting needs. In this role you will deliver real‑time intelligence, insights and strategic value for leading public‑affairs, government and advocacy organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the weekend quality‑control process for daily media reports and dashboards, ensuring clarity, insight and impact.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for client feedback, refining reporting strategy and aligning deliverables with evolving goals.
• Support special projects to improve delivery systems, including new workflows for engagement, feedback and reporting optimisation.
• Take initiative on other high‑priority assignments in a fast‑evolving environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, strategic work to sophisticated clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex media coverage into clear, actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and juggle competing priorities in a high‑growth, high‑velocity setting.

• Highly motivated, results‑oriented with intense responsiveness, coachability and a strong drive to succeed.
• Familiarity with communications, media or public‑relations space and a Bachelor’s degree.
