Mechanical Engineer – HVAC & Plumbing (12+ yrs)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer with deep expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems to lead design and supervision for the PgMC – Amaravati project. The role involves ensuring compliance with APCRDA standards and delivering high‑quality mechanical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and supervise design deliverables for HVAC, plumbing and District Cooling System (DCS) works.
• Validate drawings, BOQ, technical specifications and tender documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other disciplines to achieve clash‑free designs.
• Conduct technical review meetings, provide value‑engineering inputs and monitor design progress.
• Identify design gaps, recommend mitigation measures and approve technical submittals.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates and highlight critical issues to project management.
• Support on‑site implementation through supervision and inspections as per PgMC role.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with mandatory HVAC & plumbing exposure.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in design and project supervision.
• Master’s degree preferred.
