Mechanical Creo Trainer

About the role

The Mechanical Creo Trainer will deliver comprehensive, hands‑on training on Creo Parametric to mechanical engineering learners at our Coimbatore campus. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on bridging academic knowledge with industry‑ready design skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured classroom sessions, software demonstrations and supervised lab exercises on Creo for part modeling, assembly and drafting.
• Prepare and update course materials, design practical projects and case studies aligned with current industry standards.
• Assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback and mentor students throughout the training program.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to ensure consistent quality and curriculum alignment across programs.
• Support placement activities by enhancing learners’ technical competencies and employability.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Creo Parametric, including part modeling, assembly creation and detailed drafting.
• Solid understanding of core mechanical engineering concepts such as machine design, CAD/CAM fundamentals and manufacturing processes.
• Proven instructional abilities – curriculum development, classroom management and clear communication of complex topics.
• Proficiency with additional engineering software tools (other CAD platforms or simulation tools) to enrich the learning experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring diverse learner groups.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; prior teaching or industry experience is advantageous.
