Materials Project Management – Strategic Sourcing Manager

About the role

Lead the Materials Project Management function with a focus on strategic sourcing, ensuring timely delivery of materials for semiconductor and display manufacturing while driving continuous improvement in supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise production scheduling by monitoring material inventories and tracking production progress.
• Support execution of the sourcing strategy to meet business growth and sourcing requirements.
• Monitor and report supplier scorecard performance under direct supervision.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, machining, and assembly teams to achieve 100% on‑time delivery.
• Select, evaluate, and manage employees to ensure efficient operations of the function.
