Material Handler III

About the role

As a Material Handler III you will manage the flow of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods within a regulated pharmaceutical warehouse. You will ensure compliance with GMP/GDP standards while supporting production and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished products.
• Maintain proper storage conditions, including temperature and humidity monitoring.
• Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRNs), resolve discrepancies, and keep inventory records in SAP.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventory verification, and monitor stock levels.
• Manage picking, packing, dispatch, and implement FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Procurement teams.
• Handle quarantine, approved, rejected, and returned materials per SOPs.
• Maintain GMP/GDP‑compliant documentation and support audits and inspections.
• Prepare stock reports, transaction records, and ensure warehouse cleanliness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of warehouse or store experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with SAP inventory management systems.
• Effective communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting abilities.
