Mason/Formwork Worker – Large Scale Construction (H/F)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mason/Formwork Worker to join our team at Duhalde in Ustaritz. The position involves contributing to large‑scale construction projects, performing traditional masonry, setting up various formworks, reinforcing structures, and pouring concrete.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out traditional masonry work on structural and architectural elements.
• Set up and dismantle diverse formwork systems according to project specifications.
• Install and tie reinforcement (rebar) to ensure structural integrity.
• Prepare and pour concrete for foundations, slabs, and other structural components.
• Collaborate with site teams to maintain safety standards and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Open to candidates with or without prior experience; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship.

Required skills

• Traditional masonry techniques.
• Formwork installation and removal.
• Reinforcement (rebar) handling and tying.
• Concrete mixing, placement, and finishing.
