Marketing Product Manager – Bengaluru

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Product Manager to lead product marketing initiatives for our IoT‑based building automation and energy efficiency solutions. You will shape product storytelling, drive campaigns, and act as the voice of the customer across sales, engineering and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of product marketing content and define deployment timelines.
• Educate internal teams on product messaging and manage product marketing campaigns.
• Craft product storytelling vision, voice and align all copy with brand ideals.
• Build relationships with external vendors, set budgets, track spend and ensure ROI.
• Facilitate sales enablement by creating technical collateral, whitepapers and user guides.
• Execute win‑loss analysis to improve pricing, positioning and competitive audits.

Required profile

• 3+ years of significant product marketing and development experience.
• Experience as a Product Manager or Application Engineer (desired).
• HVAC controls experience and strong BMS domain knowledge.
• Technical proficiency in cloud‑based solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
