About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives for steel products, including wire rod and other steel items, in Raipur. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, enhancing brand presence, and aligning marketing activities with sales objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share for steel products.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing campaigns support sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine positioning and messaging.
- Manage lead generation activities and track campaign performance metrics.
Required profile
- 5 to 20 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the steel or industrial sector.
- Expected compensation between 5.00 LPA and 25.00 LPA.
- Ability to work onsite in Raipur and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
