Marketing Manager, Paid Media

About the role

Zillow Group is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to establish and lead a high‑performing paid media team in India. This founding leadership position will support Zillow’s North America paid marketing efforts across SEM and paid social channels, driving brand awareness and performance outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build, hire, mentor, and manage a team of four marketing specialists in India.
• Set performance expectations, foster professional growth, and maintain a high‑accountability culture.
• Serve as primary liaison between India and North America teams, coordinating via Zoom, Slack, email, Google Drive, and project‑management tools.
• Own the intake process for new work requests, triage tasks, assign work based on skill set and bandwidth, and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee execution of SEM and paid social campaigns, reviewing and approving builds, optimizations, and changes.
• Standardize reporting templates and audit frameworks to enable consistent, scalable output.
• Stay informed on rules, regulations, and data ecosystems related to paid marketing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing, especially SEM and paid social.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, asynchronous, and cross‑regional environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones.
