Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead digital, performance, hyperlocal, and offline marketing initiatives for Kapzo. The role owns customer acquisition, brand awareness, campaign execution, and the development of scalable growth channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, performance marketing, WhatsApp, CRM, and offline channels.
• Drive hyperlocal marketing targeting pharmacies, apartments, communities, local businesses, and neighborhoods.
• Develop and coordinate social content, offers, customer communications, and marketing assets.
• Track CAC, leads, conversions, orders, engagement, ROI, and other performance metrics.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending for measurable business outcomes.
• Support GTM initiatives, product launches, partnerships, promotions, and new‑market campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments across channels, creatives, messages, offers, and audiences.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, agencies, pharmacies, communities, and other partners for campaign execution.
• Analyse customers, competitors, neighborhoods, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain marketing dashboards and provide weekly reports with insights, learnings, and next actions.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in digital, growth, consumer, BTL, field, or end‑to‑end marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of social media, paid advertising, content marketing, brand strategy, analytics, and campaign execution.
• Comfortable working across online and offline channels and managing budgets, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem‑solving, and execution skills.
• Willingness to undertake on‑ground marketing activities and work independently.
