Marketing Manager

About the role

Access Events is seeking a full‑time Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its event planning services. Based in Vijayawada, you will shape marketing strategy, boost brand visibility, and drive business growth across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate digital and offline marketing activities.
• Create compelling content for web, social, email and print.
• Analyse campaign performance and produce regular reports.
• Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence.
• Collaborate with sales and event teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Identify market opportunities, manage budgets and support client acquisition and retention.

Required profile

• Strong background in marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand management.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in marketing communications, copywriting and basic design coordination.
• Ability to analyse data, generate reports and use marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Relevant experience in event management, hospitality or media is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and supporting major events.
