About the role

Vanav Sports is seeking a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead online growth for its high‑performance sports apparel and equipment brand. The role focuses on driving revenue through digital channels, building a strong brand presence, and executing high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth through digital channels.
• Manage and optimise the company website for conversions.
• Handle and expand social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers and manage brand partnerships.
• Identify trends and create high‑performing content strategies.
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve campaign ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management (mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience running Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of content trends and digital growth strategies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to execute quickly.
• Passion for sports and fitness (preferred).

• Compensation: INR 20,000 per month plus 1% of total digital sales.
