Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand, content and campaign strategy for LVX Ventures’ investor and founder‑facing initiatives. The role blends high‑level positioning with hands‑on execution to drive growth across our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution across digital, content and brand campaigns.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns aimed at investor and founder acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, email and other channels in close partnership with sales and deal teams.
• Drive marketing for flagship events, community initiatives and sponsorships.
• Track campaign performance, analyse data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on positioning, messaging and brand voice.
• Manage external agencies and vendors as needed.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, investment platforms or B2B/B2C growth roles.
• Strong writing and content instincts with the ability to shape narratives.
• Comfortable using data to inform campaign decisions.
• Proven experience running multi‑channel campaigns from concept to execution.
• Background in startup or fast‑paced environments is a plus.
• Understanding of the startup and investing ecosystem is advantageous.
