Marketing Manager

About the role

Kidza Kidza – The Baby Shop is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the brand’s presence across both digital and offline channels. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s voice, driving store traffic, and executing promotional campaigns that resonate with families and new parents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook and YouTube channels.
• Plan, launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
• Create, manage and analyse Meta Ads performance.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and store‑opening promotions.
• Oversee outdoor advertising such as hoardings, flex and posters.
• Design and execute promotional offers and monthly marketing calendars.
• Drive local marketing initiatives for individual stores.
• Liaise with creative agencies, designers, printers and other vendors.
• Track marketing spend and calculate campaign ROI.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, fashion or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing.
• Proven experience with Meta Ads.
• Excellent communication and vendor‑management abilities.
• Ability to execute campaigns independently and travel to stores when needed.
• This role does NOT include purchase, billing or HR responsibilities.
