Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of both digital and traditional marketing strategies for Dolphin Bakes 'N' Ice Creams. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building brand awareness and driving customer engagement across online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and content creation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as sales, product development, and operations.
• Oversee social media content and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Report on marketing analytics and present results to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and market analysis.
• Prior experience in the food & beverage or hospitality sector is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and team‑collaboration abilities.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
