Marketing Manager – Growth & Content Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives for IMDbPro in India. You will shape and execute multi‑channel strategies that boost product awareness, engagement, and acquisition across earned, owned, and paid media.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for IMDbPro product launches and promotional programs.
• Design, launch, and optimise campaigns, handling creative development, targeting, segmentation, planning, execution, reporting and optimisation.
• Manage budgets, aiming to reduce cost‑per‑lead and cost‑per‑acquisition.
• Develop an editorial calendar and produce social posts, video content and other assets to drive awareness and member engagement.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and business intelligence teams to localise and run lifecycle campaigns for the Indian market.
• Conduct weekly metrics reviews to monitor content adoption and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
• Proven ability to build, execute and scale cross‑functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
• Preferably holds an MBA.
• Experience managing outbound channels such as search, social, email and push notifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
