Marketing Manager – AI Products & Digital Growth

About the role

Web Spiders Group is seeking a driven Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives for AI‑focused products and digital growth across global markets. You will own brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and product adoption, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals for AI, Voice AI, SaaS, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Build brand awareness for Web Spiders, SpiderX AI, and related offerings in domestic and international markets.
• Plan and run multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, webinars, email, and marketing automation.
• Manage performance‑marketing efforts on Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms, optimizing funnel metrics and conversion rates.
• Lead product launch and market‑expansion initiatives, creating sales enablement collateral such as brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Own digital presence across websites, blogs, and social channels, driving traffic, engagement, and lead conversion through data‑driven tactics.
• Coordinate webinars, virtual events, industry conferences, and partnership programs, supporting PR and thought‑leadership activities.
• Define and track KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI) and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, technology or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to generate leads and drive demand across multiple digital channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with leadership, sales, product, and customer‑success teams.
