Marketing Manager – AI Products & Digital Growth

About the role

Web Spiders Group is seeking a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives for its AI‑focused product portfolio. You will own brand building, demand generation, product marketing and digital growth across domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals for Web Spiders, SpiderX AI and related offerings.
• Plan and run multi‑channel lead generation campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, webinars and marketing automation.
• Develop product positioning, messaging and sales enablement assets for AI, Voice AI, SaaS and enterprise technology solutions.
• Own the company’s digital presence, create high‑quality content, and improve website traffic and conversion rates.
• Manage performance‑marketing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms.
• Coordinate webinars, virtual events, industry conferences and partnership programs.
• Track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of experience in B2B, SaaS or technology marketing.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, drive demand and manage digital channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.
