Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the Director of Marketing / Sales and the Marketing Manager – Strategy in delivering Hyatt International’s brand standards and corporate strategies. This position focuses on gathering internal and external marketing intelligence to help drive revenue growth and profitability for the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Collect and analyse market data, competitor activities and guest trends.
• Provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams to optimise revenue.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure brand consistency across all guest touch points.
• Support the preparation of promotional materials and campaigns.

Required profile

• University degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism Management; MBA is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Executive in a hotel environment.
• Strong strategic orientation with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.
