Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive (or Trainee) to join our pharmaceutical sales team. The role involves building relationships with doctors, chemists and stockists, promoting our products, and driving sales growth in an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers (doctors, chemists, stockists) with the frequency defined by company strategy.
• Provide scientific information about our products and generate prescriptions in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, both product‑wise and value‑wise, in primary and secondary sales.
• Increase territory profitability, maintain market share and nurture customer relationships through engagement initiatives.
• Manage product distribution, monitor breakage and expiry, and control related expenses.
• Analyze call data to refine future customer interaction strategies.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities and promotional impact for line managers and the marketing team.
• Prepare and propose strategic distribution plans for the territory on a monthly and annual basis.
• Generate stockist/distributor orders, ensure timely supply, and collect payments according to company policy.
• Report any adverse drug reactions or complaints following pharmacovigilance guidelines.
• Maintain company property, use promotional materials responsibly, and submit daily call reports, tour plans and expense statements.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or B.Pharm graduate.
• Fresher or candidate with relevant experience.
• Age below 28 years.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
