Marketing Executive – Customer Engagement & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to take full ownership of the customer journey for GozoCabs. In this role you will deeply understand our riders, pinpoint friction points, and develop initiatives that boost retention, drive growth and enhance our online reputation. You will work closely with product, operations and analytics teams to ensure marketing actions are aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Map the complete customer lifecycle, analyse behaviour data and identify gaps that can be turned into marketing opportunities.
• Design, launch and continuously optimise CRM campaigns, retention programmes and lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, push notifications and in‑app messages.
• Manage digital channels to engage customers, increase activation rates and support overall growth targets.
• Set up measurement frameworks, track key performance indicators and produce regular reports to evaluate the impact of each initiative.
• Iterate on campaigns based on data insights, testing new approaches and scaling successful tactics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align messaging, timing and offers with product releases and operational changes.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in mobility, travel, logistics or e‑commerce.
• Data‑driven mindset with a proven ability to make decisions based on metrics rather than assumptions.
• Strong sense of ownership, capable of taking projects from concept through execution and measurement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
