Marketing Executive – BTL Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with hands‑on experience in Below‑The‑Line (BTL) activities to drive brand visibility and support business growth. The role involves planning, coordinating and executing promotional events, dealer engagement programmes and digital campaigns from our Head Office in Kolkata.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL marketing activities, digital campaigns and brand activation initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies and event partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Organise retailer engagement activities, exhibitions, trade events and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare post‑event analysis and performance reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support market development and business expansion.
• Manage marketing collaterals, branding assets and promotional merchandise.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain records of marketing activities and prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in BTL, digital and promotional marketing.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of CRM software.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.
• Experience with email marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
