Marketing Executive – Brand & Digital Growth

About the role

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results‑driven Marketing Executive to lead ZOA’s full marketing function. You will shape brand visibility, drive reservations, and enhance customer engagement across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and online community engagement.
• Plan and produce Reels, Stories, campaigns, captions, and creative concepts.
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, influencers, and agencies.
• Maintain consistency in branding, visuals, typography, and communication.
• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Support SEO, Google Business Profile, website, and Google Maps visibility.
• Execute CRM, WhatsApp, email, and customer‑retention campaigns.
• Promote private dining, celebrations, events, corporate gatherings, and weekday business.
• Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and online reputation.
• Track enquiries, reservations, advertising performance, and campaign‑attributed revenue.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media, content creation and brand communication.
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to combine creativity with data‑driven business results.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, luxury or lifestyle brands is preferred.
