Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Coordinator who thrives both in the field and behind a phone. This hybrid position blends on‑the‑ground activation work with online community building, allowing you to see your efforts translate into foot traffic and digital engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute door‑to‑door flyer campaigns, identifying target neighborhoods, spots, and events.
• Represent the brand at pop‑ups, local events, and community activations.
• Track and analyze which locations and tactics drive traffic, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Identify, outreach to, and manage relationships with local micro‑influencers and content creators.
• Coordinate posts, collaborations, and negotiate small paid or barter deals.
• Create and schedule content across social channels.
• Monitor reach, engagement, and results, providing regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Comfortable engaging strangers in the field and starting conversations.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines.
• Social‑media savvy with a feel for local content performance.
• Numbers‑aware, capable of interpreting results.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, promotions, sales, or a related area (optional).
