Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Director of Business Development or Marketing Manager in executing Hilton’s marketing plan to boost brand awareness for the hotel. This role combines communication, partnership management and promotional activities across multiple hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate hotel amenities, refurbishments, food & beverage, conference and event offerings to target markets.
• Maintain relationships with local media, third‑party partners and official bodies.
• Create and update a comprehensive media and marketing contact database.
• Identify proactive promotion opportunities with all hotel departments.
• Assist in developing promotional activities, marketing channels and event‑specific materials.
• Manage the hotel’s presence on Hilton branded websites.
• Work within allocated marketing budgets, using resources efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to interpret key business indicators and competitive trends.
• Intermediate IT proficiency.
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Relevant degree in marketing, business development or a related field.
• Previous experience in the hotel or leisure sector and/or marketing is advantageous.
