Marketing Consultant – EPICS (IMX)

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a strategic Marketing Consultant for its EPICS team. This role focuses on building and activating partnerships across sports, music, live experiences, licensing and culture to drive brand relevance and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of sports, music, entertainment and culture partnerships aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with external partners such as agencies, sports bodies, music platforms, talent representatives and event organizers.
• Develop integrated activation plans across experiential, digital, customer and retail touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IMX, CCTM, Sparkling, Nutrition, Hydration, Emerging Categories, PACS, Legal, Finance, Digital, GSAP, customer teams) to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Manage governance, rights, assets, approvals and timelines for partnership contracts.
• Support licensing program and evaluate partnership performance, consumer engagement and ROI.
• Stay current on emerging trends in sports, music, entertainment and culture to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and teams in a highly collaborative environment.
• Strong understanding of the cricket ecosystem and broader sports & entertainment landscape.
• Capability to translate strategic partnership objectives into engaging consumer experiences.
• Experience working with agencies, partners and third‑party vendors.
• Foundational project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
