Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

Accor is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to strengthen its brand presence across South Asia. You will design and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand equity for both operating and pre‑opening hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Accor’s brand and marketing strategies across the South Asia portfolio.
• Ensure consistent application of global brand standards and validate brand assets for pre‑opening hotels.
• Plan, execute, and monitor integrated campaigns across digital, PR, social media, and offline channels.
• Collaborate with creative, media, PR, and production agencies to deliver high‑quality initiatives.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar with Digital, Loyalty, Sales, Revenue Management, and hotel teams.
• Conduct consumer, market, and competitor research to support data‑driven decisions.
• Organise marketing reviews, capability‑building programs, and training sessions for hotel marketing teams.
• Manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, vendor relationships, and invoice processes while ensuring financial compliance.
• Support strategic partnerships, special projects, and innovative initiatives that boost brand awareness and business performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in hospitality, travel, lifestyle or luxury sectors.
• Proven experience in brand management and integrated marketing.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, communication and analytical abilities.
