Marketing & Client Servicing Executive

About the role

Ayurveda Lifestyle Global is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Client Servicing Executive to join its team in Jodhpur. The role blends client relationship management, digital marketing execution, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver compelling brand experiences in the wellness sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and handle queries, feedback, and requests promptly.
• Support the execution of social media content plans and digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with design and content teams.
• Develop ideas for posts, reels, campaigns, and brand storytelling while staying updated on digital trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, tech, analytics, operations) to deliver projects on time.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs and track daily tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, briefs, and deliverables; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify upselling opportunities, support revenue growth, and contribute to long‑term client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, ownership‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and visual aesthetics.
• Interest in Ayurveda, wellness, lifestyle, or organic brands.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
