Datamaze, an AI, data and analytics consulting firm, is hiring a Marketing Associate in Hyderabad, India and Dubai, UAE. The role shapes the brand's presence and voice by developing and running marketing strategies that build brand awareness and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run marketing plans covering digital campaigns, content creation, event marketing and market research.
• Work with sales and consulting teams to create marketing materials that communicate the services and value proposition.
• Manage the online presence, including website content, social media and email campaigns.
• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors and track campaign results to drive decisions.
• Support the organization of promotional events and keep up with consulting services marketing trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in consulting or B2B.
• Strong communication and writing skills and ability to write engaging content.
• Team player who can also work independently in a remote setting.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle several projects at once.

Required skills

• Understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
