Marketing Associate (Freshers)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in marketing, customer communication and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting products/services and handling basic queries.
• Follow up leads via phone and other communication channels, maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions.
• Support the marketing team in lead generation, customer engagement and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead follow‑ups and assist in day‑to‑day marketing activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and achieve assigned calling and marketing targets.
• Perform additional tele‑support and marketing tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any discipline); freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence over the phone.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and self‑motivation.
• Target‑oriented with good follow‑up and customer‑handling abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
