Marketing Assistant (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, creating engaging content, managing digital channels, conducting market research, and coordinating day‑to‑day marketing activities. The role is night‑shift, work‑from‑office and welcomes both freshers and experienced candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support day‑to‑day management of social media platforms and online marketing channels.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Support lead generation and promotional activities across relevant channels.
• Assist with basic SEO activities, keyword research, and website content optimisation.
• Monitor social media engagement, website traffic, campaign performance and other marketing metrics.
• Coordinate with sales, content and business development teams to support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications or related field (preferred, but freshers are welcome).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of basic marketing and digital marketing concepts.
• Creative mindset with interest in content creation and social media.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a night‑shift, office environment.
