Market Director Revenue Management

About the role

The Market Director Revenue Management is responsible for balancing the financial objectives of multiple lodging products to maximise total revenue across the market. The role oversees pricing, positioning and inventory for all hotels, working closely with General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse revenue management data, generate timely reports and presentations, and identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate reservation system information and support cluster selling initiatives.
• Provide regular updates on transient segment performance and booking patterns.
• Collaborate with Market VP, Market GM and property GMs on pricing analyses for all products.
• Lead revenue management projects, contribute to strategy execution and ensure alignment with brand philosophies.
• Assist with account diagnostics and validate conclusions for market‑wide decisions.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel Management or related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
