Manufacturing Technician (CNC Turn Mill)

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician specialized in CNC Turn Mill operations to produce high‑precision Husky Stack components in our Chennai facility. The role focuses on setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC machines while meeting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Turn Mill machines, load tools, fixtures and set offsets.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.
• Perform first‑off and in‑process inspections and monitor machining performance.
• Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues, record production and downtime data.
• Maintain 5S, Lean and EHS compliance on the shop floor.

Required skills

• CNC Turning/Turn Mill operation.
• Interpretation of GD&T and engineering drawings.

• Use of mechanical and electrical gauges (movable and fixed).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
